They are flexible and adaptable to your individual needs.
Alcohol is NOT included. We are strictly BYO. Clients are required to supply the alcohol which we will serve.
This also means you can pick and choose to your own preferences.

We have the inside knowledge to guide you in ordering the perfect quantity relative to guests – no one wants to run out while the night is young.

Yes, we need access to power. One x 15amp outlet.
We bring water with us, but if there is extra water available on site that is a bonus.
We will bring a backup generator with us if we can't access onsite power.

We have a two-door bar fridge to store champagne, wine and non-alcoholic options. We also have an ice box for beer and champagne service. You MUST make sure your drinks are chilled prior to our arrival. We recommend you hire a cold room to ensure your drinks are served icy cold.

Absolutely! We are firm believers that choosing non-alcoholic options can still be fun and fancy. We offer delicious adult non-alcoholic beverages, Etch Sparkling.

We offer bespoke glassware for beer, bubbly, wine, spirits & cocktails; quoted accordingly for your event.
Please note when opting for glassware, charges will be incurred for breakages or un-returned glass wear.

We will collect final details 21 days prior to your event, however, will schedule meetings leading up to your event, to ensure we don’t miss any important details.

Absolutely!
If you would like to add cocktail service to your event, we will provide you with our tried and tested cocktail menu, from which you are able to select your two signature drinks.
For large events, we happily suggest serving Mr Consistent cocktails to your guests for better service efficiencies.
If you have a specific request, we will do our best to accommodate and are happy to discuss this with you.

We will discuss this with you pending your location in the lead up to your event.
Rest assured, we arrive well ahead of your event to prepare.

We are more than happy to travel to your event.
Travel beyond Taroom, Queensland will incur a travel fee of $2 per kilometre.

We require a 30% deposit (non-refundable) to secure your booking.
Remainder of payment (70%) is due 7 days prior to your event.

If a cancellation is notified within 21 days of the booked event, you will be liable for a further 20% of the booking fee.
We understand the unexpected may happen and will take each situation into consideration.
